A joint venture of Italian contractor Salini Impregilo and Doprastav of Slovakia will build the second lot of a section of the D3 highway that bypasses the town of Ceskie Hodejovice near the Austrian border.
The main structure to be built on the 12.5km stretch is the 780m-long bridge, which will cross the Malsi River.
Construction of the project is scheduled to take 54 months.
