Baker to inspect Illinois River bridges

Baker Engineering has been awarded a seven-month bridge inspection contract by the Illinois Department of Transportation in the USA.
Independent condition inspections will be carried out for two truss bridges and a plate girder bridge spanning the Illinois River near Peru, Illinois. Baker was selected as part of the state’s quality assurance programme to verify the safety of the three long-span bridges.
