Work starts on glass bridge over Singapore road

United Engineers has unveiled plans for a glass bridge to link buildings on Orchard Road, Singapore. The bridge is part of a development that includes hotel, retail, office and parking space. Hyundai Engineering & Construction is main contractor for the work, which starts this month. Architect for the scheme is Tange Associates.
