The Ministère des Transports du Québec in Canada has issued a request for qualifications for the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance in public-private partnership of a portion of Autoroute 25 in the Montréal metropolitan area. The scheme includes a 7.2km highway and a 1.2km six-lane bridge. Three candidates will be selected following the request for qualifications and invited to respond to a request for proposals.
