The Highway 15 corridor will be twinned between Edmonton and Fort Saskatchewan. The second bridge will be built at the southern entrance to the City of Fort Saskatchewan.
Design for the project will begin this year, with construction starting as soon as 2019. Construction is expected to take about three years.
