About the Role

The Regional Executive, Bridge and Structures will provide leadership for a growing regional team of engineers and technicians supporting bridge and underground structures for metro systems via various teaming structures including Alliances, PPP, D&C and Joint Ventures. As a key member of the Regional Leadership Team, the Regional Executive will have a significant influence on client relationships as well as the future growth and prosperity of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting business growth for the region including achieving agreed funding, revenue and operating margin goals

Managing work winning/delivery and associated resourcing requirements for small, medium and large-scale services and projects

Developing strategy for meeting resource demands and growing the business

Leading a regional team encompassing all people management functions

Driving a culture of excellence in expertise, consulting and safety
