Yooshin Engineering Corporation, in joint venture with Pyunhwa Engineering Consultants and Kyong-Ho Engineering & Architect won the contract with the Department of Public Works & Highways (DPWH) following a competitive bidding process.
The 3.48km, two-lane Panguil Bay Bridge will connect the city of Tangub in Misamis Occidental to the municipality of Tubod in Lanao del Norte.
The US$97m project is being funded under a loan agreement with the Korean Economic Development Cooperation Fund.
The consultants will assist the DPWH in the conceptual design, preparation of bidding documents, design review, construction supervision, and post-construction supervision.
