The total contract award is for a fee not to exceed US$12 million over a three-year term.

The Scudder Falls project, currently costed at US$309 million, includes replacing the existing four-lane bridge with a structure that will provide three traffic lanes in each direction. The current structure is the Commission's most heavily used, with mounting congestion problems and safety deficiencies.

In its role as capital programme management consultant, DMJM Harris will assist with the continued execution of the agency's US$950 million, 15-year programme.
