China's 41.58km Jiaozhou Bay Bridge opened to traffic last week. The bridge is the world's longest cross-sea bridge, taking the record from the Hangzhou Bay Bridge.
The Y-shaped structure connects the port city of Qingdao with Huangdao and an airport.
The new bridge has been built for Shandong Hi-speed (SDHS) and was opened in a ceremony attended led by local and regional officials.
