Skanska has been awarded the construction contract that includes a 565m-long bridge over the Odra River near Wroclaw, Poland.
A 99m-long crossing of the Jeziorka River will also be built under the US$42m contract for the Lower Silesian Roads & Rail Service.
Other aspects of the contract include 7km of access roads as well as the construction of animal passages and acoustic screens.
The project, co-financed by funds from the European Regional Development Fund, is scheduled to be completed at the end of September 2013.
