The scope of work includes construction of 3km of bridge structures - known as an elevated guideway - and five elevated stations on the 15.6km Ontario Line in Toronto. The line's tunnelling and underground stations are being tendered in parallel. Both projects are being delivered using a progressive design-build delivery model.

The three teams invited by Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and Metrolinx to submit proposals for the elevated guideway and stations are:

Proposals will be evaluated by IO and Metrolinx and the top-ranked team will work collaboratively with Metrolinx during a development phase, expected to start in 2024. Once the development phase is completed, Metrolinx will have the option to sign a contract with the successful team.
