Michael Baker Jr has won a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation contract to design the replacement of the 12-span Derry Borough Bridge.
The agreement is for five years and has a total value over the term of US$2.2 million.
Baker will provide preliminary and final design for the project, which includes the replacement of the structure over the Norfolk Southern railway. It also includes other aspects such as reconstructing the approach road.
