Canam Group has announced that its subsidiary Canam Steel Corporation has acquired the majority of the assets of Eastern Bridge.
Eastern Bridge, which is based in the US state of New Hampshire, specialises in the fabrication of steel structures for road and rail bridges. The plant will be operated under the management of Canam Group's Structal-Bridges business unit.
