Acciona subsidiary Mostostal Warszawa will build the Domaradz-Iskrzyni section, which has a budget of US$240 million.

The project involves the construction of 12.5km of  two-lane expressway in each direction, together with hard shoulders. Structures to be built include seven flyovers, eight bridges and eight viaducts. There will also be three animal crossings - two for medium-sized and one for large animals. The longest flyover will be about 700m long and will run over a valley on piers with heights of up to 30m.

Acciona is already working on the Rzeszów Poludnie-Babica section of the road, which was awarded to the company in 2020. The Rzeszów Poludnie-Babica contract has a budget of about US$530 million and involves the design and construction of a 10.3km section that includes 2.2km-long double underground tunnels. Acciona will carry out the tunnelling using a machine with diameter of more than 15m, working at depths of up to 100m.
