OJSC Usk Most has been appointed to design a highway bridge over the Zeya River in Blagoveshchensk, Russia.
Four companies were bidding for the scheme.
No decision has yet been taken on the type of the bridge or exact location and public hearings will take place to discuss the options.
The design is to be prepared within 19 months and construction is expected to begin before the end of next year.
