The four are:
* Advanced Bridge Infrastructure Group, whose major participants are Bilfinger Berger BOT, Parsons Transportation Group, VMS and DEPFA Bank;
* Missouri Bridge Partners, whose major participants are Zachry American Infrastructure, Infrastructure Corporation of America, HNTB Corporation, Clarkson Construction, Fred Weber, URS Corporation, and CONTECH Bridge Solutions;
* Team United, whose major participants are United Contractors, Cramer/United/Jensen JV, APAC-Missouri, RBC Dain Rauscher, Wachovia Capital Markets and LPA Group;
* Partnership Missouri, whose major participants are Transfield Services, CH2M Hill, Macquarie Investment Holdings, DMJM Harris/AECOM, HDR, Emery Sapp & Sons and the Vandiver Group.
The contractor should be selected by May 2007 and construction could start soon after.
