RPS Consulting Engineers has been appointed by Ireland's Galway City Council to carry out a feasibility study for a new crossing of the Corrib River. Galway appoints RPS for bridge study.
As the project is in the initial stages, the council is inviting views and suggestions about the new crossing. It would be located close to the existing Salmon Weir Bridge.
