SK Most has begun launching the river span for a new crossing of the Selemdzha River in the Amur region of Russia.
The last of the 238 drilled piles were completed at the end of December for the bridge’s 12 piers and the launch of the span structure is now under way from the right riverbank. Span modules are also being assembled at the left bank and launching will shortly begin from there too.

The project also includes building of a new 10km section of highway and construction of two other bridges, both of which were completed last summer.
