The local authority in Mumbai, India, has issued a request for proposals to find a consultant for its planned 25km pilot stretch of a new elevated bus rapid transit system (BRTS).
The contract for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority will cover the planning and detailed engineering design for the line from Bandra to Dahisar as well as management of the bid process.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held on 7 May and the requests for proposals are due in by 4 June.
