Scott Wilson (Hong Kong) has appointed Dr Martin Kwong as chairman and Simon Davies as managing director. Kwong joined the company in 1975 and his main technical expertise is in highways, civil engineering and buildings. Davies joined in 1978 and has worked for 18 years in Hong Kong and five years in Kuala Lumpur, including the Tuen Mun light rail transit system.
