A team led by Portugal's Mota Engil and Soares da Costa is to build and operate a bridge over the Zambezi River in Mozambique.
Each has a 40% stake, with the remainder taken by local company Infra Engineering.
The team will have a 30-year concession for the project in Tete, which will require some US$158 million of investment.
