Two people died this week when a bridge that was under construction collapsed in Trondheim, Norway.
Concrete was being placed for the deck when the formwork gave way. The substantial reinforcing cages and wet concete fell, trapping and killing a worker and the driver of a car passing beneath the span.
The bridge is being built by Reinertsen, which said that it would make every effort to find out what went wrong.
