Two people were killed yesterday and three injured when part of a Swedish rail bridge being built by Skanska collapsed.
Sweden's rail administration Banverket said that the preliminary indication was that the workers fell 15m when a span under construction collapsed.
The 770m-long bridge is being built over the Älandsfjärden bay north of Härnösand. Construction began in February last year, for completion in towards the end of 2009.
