The Canadian city of Toronto has named Stantec as the contractor for a project to rehabilitate 28 bridges over the next five years.

The contract, which is part of Toronto’s Bridge Program Management Assignment (BPMA), is worth US$11.5 million.

The work will include assessing each site to develop cost-effective rehab solutions. Stantec will then provide designs, and construction admin services for the bridges.

The city also retained Stantec as lead for a flood resilience project earlier this year (link opens in new tab).
