Construction product designer and fabricator Canam Group has acquired the majority of the assets of Goodco and Z-Tech, which manufacture structural bearings and expansion joints. The two businesses will be merged to create Goodco Z-Tech and will be relocated to Laval, Canada. The new manufacturing operation will be managed by existing Canam Group business Structal-Bridges.
