A short video showing the inspection of some of Hong Kong’s major bridges, in particular the cable-stayed Ting Kau Bridge and the Tsing Ma suspension bridge. These structures on the Lantau Link in Hong Kong pose specific difficulties for bridge inspection units; in this video the Barin bridge inspection unit model AB 23/SL is seen launching through the cable stays of the Ting Kau Bridge and the suspended spans of the Tsing Ma Bridge.

The unit has a bucket-type aerial platform which can work both overhead and under the bridge. It has a maximum horizontal reach of 23m under the bridge, and 26.5m overhead, as well as a vertical underbridge depth of 30m.
