Conferences are taking place this month in Tokyo and San Francisco to brief potential bidders about an international competition for Taiwan’s Danjiang Bridge.
The conferences today in Japan and in the USA on 14 January follow one held last month in Germany.
The 6km bridge at the mouth of the Tamsui River will cut 15km from the commuting distance between Tamsui and Bali, as well as making the northern Taiwan coastal road system more comprehensive.
