Plans for a new pedestrian bridge in the form of a garden over the River Thames have been approved by Lambeth Council in London, England.
Westminster Council - the planning authority for the opposite end of the bridge - is due to make its decision next month.
The bridge is designed by Heatherwick Studio and would feature plants, trees, woodland and walkways.
