Hong Kong's Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation has appointed Scott Wilson to manage the preliminary ground investigation works contract for the combined North Link/Express Rail Link project. The works involve approximately 100 drillholes, located from dense urban settings at a new terminus in West Kowloon through country parks and the New Territories to the border at Shenzhen.
