The final section was installed last night to complete the main span of Indonesia's Suramadu Bridge.
The 5.4km-long bridge has a 434m cable-stayed central span.
China Road & Bridge Corporation is main contractor for the structure, which will link Surabaya in East Java with Madura Island. Construction began in October 2005 and is due for completion in June.
