Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) have invited the three shortlisted teams to respond to a request for proposals (RFP).
The shortlisted teams are:
- Keystone Transportation Partners, led by Peter Kiewit Sons and Dufferin Construction;
- Credit River Developers, led by Ferrovial Agromán;
- EDCO, led by EllisDon Capital and Coco Paving.
The project is approximately 2.6km long and is located in the city of Mississauga in the Peel region of Ontario. It includes construction of a new bridge north of the existing Credit River Bridge, rehabilitation of the existing bridge, replacement of the Mississauga Road overpass and reconstruction of the QEW.
The successful team is expected to be announced in summer 2020.
