Human error is being blamed for the collapse of a bridge under construction in Kota, India, where 30 workers died last week.
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has set up a team of four investigators to probe the collapse of the partially-completed concrete bridge over the River Chambal.
"The collapse is prima facie a case of human negligence with little possibility of any technical fault or the design," said director of the technical board of the NHAI Subash Patel.
