Construction has begun this week of Vietnam's Phu My Bridge. The 2km cable-stayed structure in Ho Chi Minh City is being built and financed by the international BBBH consortium that includes Bilfinger Berger and its Australian subsidiary Baulderstone Hornibrook. The project, which was originally to have started earlier, is due for completion in late 2009.
