The bidders are CCECC Nigeria Limited; CGGC-CGC Joint Venture; China Harbour Engineering Company; China State Construction Engineering Corporation Nigeria; IC ICTAS Insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret; Julius Berger Nigeria; Mota-Engil & CCCC Consortium; Mutual Commitment Company; Power Construction Corporation of China and Ingenieros Consultores through Makais Energy.
