The Texas-based company says that the fixed-price contract is worth more than US$352 million. It has started procurement, and will begin fabrication at the end of 2025.
The collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in the early hours of 26 March 2024 has had far-reaching effects on the regional and US economies.
The new bridge, a wider, taller cable-stayed structure, is expected to open in October 2028 (link opens in new tab).
