Four senior staff at consultant Robert Benaim & Associates have struck a deal to buy the company from its founder. Simon Bourne, Jeremy Cooper, Geoff Hassett and Mark Raiss have acquired the worldwide group of companies from Robert Benaim in a friendly management buyout. Benaim will remain as an active member of the group, which has offices in London, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur.
