Two shortlisted teams will compete for the contract to build Scotland's new road bridge over the Firth of Forth.
The Forthspan consortium is made up of Vinci, Balfour Beatty, Bam Nuttall and Morgan Est while Dragados, Hochtief, American Bridge International and Morrison form Forth Crossing Constructors.
The 2.7km-long cable-stayed bridge is expected to cost between US$2.8 billion and US$3.8 billion. Construction is scheduled to start in 2011.
