China's first cable-stayed bridge for road and rail traffic has been completed six months ahead of the original schedule. The Wuhu Bridge crosses the Yangtse River in Anhui Province and consists of a 10km long rail bridge and a 6km long road bridge. The crossing will open at the end of September.
