The Gerald Desmond Bridge replacement project in California has released a short news video to celebrate the start of foundation construction.
Officials from the Port, City of Long Beach and Caltrans, along with an international team of builders and designers celebrated a key milestone with construction of the first set of bridge foundations underway.
