Vinci subsidiary Eurovia is leader of the joint venture with Metrostav and Swietelsky Stavební that will build the 14.7km section of the D35 between Èasy and Ostrov in the Czech Republic.

The project calls for the construction of 22 engineering structures, including a 451m viaduct over the Louèná Valley and a bridge that will be turned and pushed over a major railway track near Uhersko station - one of the first applications of the technique in the country.

The works, which are worth US$147 million, will be carried out over 56 months, beginning in August.
