The Signature on the Saint-Lawrence Group is made up of:

  • International Bridge Technologies.

 

The project includes a major cable-stayed bridge for the St Lawrence, a new Île-des-Soeurs bridge, reconstruction of Highway 15 on Île-des-Soeurs and reconstruction and widening of Highway 15 on the island of Montréal.

In July 2014, the three highest respondents to the request for qualifications had been invited to the request for proposals stage. They submitted their technical proposals in February and financial proposals at the start of this month.

An early works agreement will now be signed between Signature on the Saint-Lawrence Group and the government of Canada in order to take advantage of this year's spring/summer construction season,  Signature on the Saint-Lawrence Group will begin early work over the coming weeks.

The aim is for the project agreement to be executed by the end of July 2015. Major construction will begin shortly after.
