Systra has started on design studies for a cable-stayed bridge over the Chambal River near Kota in Rajasthan, northern India. The bridge will have a 350m main span. Construction will be on a design and build basis, with Systra acting as consultant for a consortium of Hyundai and Gammon India. Client for the work is the National Highways Authority of India.
