Sterling Construction subsidiary, Ralph L Wadsworth Construction Company will start work in May on the project to extend the express lanes on the I-15 highway from Layton to Riverdale. Completion is targeted for the fourth quarter of 2020.
The contract will entail the widening of the existing I-15 median, along with the widening and replacement of eight bridge decks and the full replacement of two bridges. RLW will also carry out other tasks, including the construction of several new retaining walls.
