Tutor Perini submitted the lowest bid for the project. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of an approximately 975m-long bridge structure on the north side of the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel, as well as tunnel rehabilitation.
Work is expected to begin in March 2018 for substantial completion by June 2021.
