A great video showing the installation of the first deck for the Botlek Bridge in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
This will be one of the largest lifting bridges in Europe and is due to be opened to traffic next year. A report on the project will be published in the November 2014 issue of Bridge design & engineering magazine.
