CMSB subsidiary PPES Works (Sarawak) and China Communications Construction Company will build the bridge on behalf of the Sarawak State Government for a contract sum of US$114 million.
The 1,048m-long bridge over the Kemena River will carry a four-lane dual carriageway.
The contract is set to start in early April and construction is due to take four years.
