A new milestone on Croatia's Pelješac Bridge was achieved on 16 January 2022 as the wearing layer pavement was completed on schedule. With the bridge’s opening ceremony to be held in the summer this year, vehicles will soon be able to drive across Croatia's Mail Ston Bay towards the south territory and Dubrovnik.
The entire pavement regions of the carriageway are approximately 38,000 m2, including 37,000m2 steel deck pavement and 1,000 m2 of concrete surface pavement.
